Technical features and product applications

The three-purpose wind turbine device is initially created from a three-blade rotating base, three rotating turbines are installed on each of the blades of this rotating base to convert wind energy into electricity. They also rotate around a central axis and their speed is always being adjusted. While rotating and transferring energy to the generator, the turbines transfer the stored power to the central axis and cause it to move. This is if the wind direction does not affect the performance of the turbine blades. The material of turbine blades can be made of steel, natural fibers and aluminum, and the central axis and the rotating base of three blades must be made of alloy steel. This strength continues to increase with strong winds. In this device, three generators with idle turbines rotate simultaneously, and with this rotation, the stored power is transferred to the central axis. It should be noted that this device can be made as a home turbine and use its energy for heating and lighting. On the other hand, for optimal use of wind, several layers of the system can be used on top of each other. This device can be used in windy areas to generate electricity from wind power. We were inspired by the tornado to make our turbine

In 2016, the creation of this product was inspired by the destructive force of a tornado. A laboratory sample of this device was made that can work in any weather conditions. For example, we started using this experimental structure to generate electricity in agricultural land using wind power. In addition, we even used wind power to irrigate crops, letting nature and the wind determine the amount of water extracted from the wells. The device worked very well, and a team from the university, the Vocational Technical Center, and the local power department worked together to verify stable, fluctuation-free power generation. Disadvantages of turbines produced in the world

All today's turbines require relatively high wind speeds to spin and are only useful in locations where wind speeds reach the limit. Generating electricity with any type of fuel, whether wind or water, relies on the relationship between acceleration and power. This means that the generators built since the industrial revolution until today work in the range of 900 to 1500 revolutions, and the realization of this requires a high revolution per minute, which requires the presence of strong wind, and on the other hand, the use of a solar gearbox. In the turbine, it makes it difficult to get the desired speed to the generator, and it takes a lot of power to get a turbine revolution to 85 to 150 revolutions by the star gearbox. Of course, 70% of wind power is lost in this process. In the meantime, even with the required energy production, a lot of pressure is applied to the turbine, and if the wind speed becomes a little intense, the speed of the gearbox increases exponentially and geometrically, and the counter changes the angle. The vanes are stopped in order not to damage the system or cause a fire in the generator or substation, and these disadvantages include the high cost of construction, the use of high technology to move it, much more noise, killing of birds, etc. can be added To date, no suitable and cost-effective solution has been found for the mentioned cases, and in order to generate electricity, there must be 13 m/s to 18 m/s of wind at the place where the turbines are installed. The production of these turbines in small domestic and agricultural scale is practically not economical and their production and maintenance is supported only by governments. Of course, the production of Savinos turbines also works in low wind, but unfortunately, the output efficiency is very low, and in this model of turbines, the equation of acceleration and power has not yet been solved, and to reach the desired speed, a generator with special problems and conditions is required.

We challenge the generators produced in the world

By further studying the process of generating electricity from different generators, we found that both synchronous and induction squirrel cage generators have a common weakness, which is the induction and transfer of magnetic flux. They deliberately induce magnetic flux through the iron sheets, and as a result, the magnetism of the rotor and stator attract each other and waste a lot of power to rotate, but the generator produced in our company is an exception to this rule. This generator has a special design that can be connected to the turbine from both sides, that is, the upper turbine is 10 kW, and the lower turbine of the generator is coupled to another turbine and is 20 kW, that is, in the same dimensions, 10 kW, a special design with twice the power of the case it is needed.
